Pinkfresh Studio Holiday Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release

Hi and welcome to my blog!

Today I’m one of the stops along the blog hop celebrating Pinkfresh Studios‘ Holiday Stamps, Die, Stencil and Hot Foil Release. You should have come here from Emilie and your next stop is the amazing Heather. The full list can be found via the inLinkz link at the bottom of this post. If you get lost along the way, you can go to the Pinkfresh Studio blog as well.

This release is no different from the usual amazingness that comes from Pinkfresh Studio, and I have made quite a few cards with it. This post will be quite photo heavy, and not very jibber-jabbery, to show you all of them. First off is the Happy Holidays Circles Frames stamp, and coordinating diecut, matched with the Abstracts Triangle Hot Foil plate and the Thrill Of Hope Wreath stamp set and coordinating diecut.

Here I heat embossed the Happy Holidays Circles Frame stamp with Rich Gold embossing powder from WOW! This I lightly coloured in with Copics in B21, B24 and B28. The berries I added a little bit of Nuvo Glitter Drops in White Blizzard.

I used the coordinating diecut on the image, and cut out another four pieces, and layered these up. I also heat embossed the Happy Holidays, from Thrill Of Hope, in Midnight, from the Twilight Trio, and cut that out with the coordinating die as well. This is also layered up three times.

The background is done with the Abstract Triangle Hot Foil Plate, with Gold Glimmer Foil, on white card stock. I ink blended a bit of Blue Jay over this to add some interest.

I love this so much, so I made another card using this Happy Holidays Circle Frame stamp and coordinating diecut. This time I used the coordinating layering stencils as well, and I went pink!

I layered it up with three layers using the coordinating diecut to add dimension. To add colour to this one, I used the coordinating layering stencils with Ballet Slipper, Sparkling Rose and Misty Coast for the berries.

The sentiment, from Thrill Of Hope, was heat embossed with Platinum embossing powder from WOW! directly on a white card base, and then the frame was adhered to it. It needed a little something, so I added some Ballet Slipper Jewels, which I added with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive.

I also went to town with the Holiday Botanical Background layering stencil and an array of inks. First I went slightly whimsical, going for sort of retro Christmas vibe.

This panel was trimmed down, and adhered to a dark pink card base, after wrapping some gold twine around it. A sentiment from Thrill Of Hope Wreath stamp set, was heat embossed with Rich Gold, and the Happy Holidays was foiled with Gold Glimmer Foil, and then cut out with the coordinating diecut.

The foil looks so good! I’m finally getting the hang of it. In the beginning of my foiling adventure, I wasn’t getting very good results and actually put my hot foil machine away for a while. A bit of Glossy Accent was added to the berries, and then it was set aside to dry.

Next up, I went for more traditional look and used Grassy Knoll, Olive and Evergreen for the foliage. For the berries I used Candied Apple.

I grabbed the Thrill Of Hope Wreath stamp set again, and heat embossed it with Midnight embossing powder, then I cut it out with the diecut. This is also layered up with two other pieces. I also stamped up another sentiment directly onto a card base.

The final card I have to share with you today is made with the Wintry Forest layering stencils and only two colours: Ocean Breeze and Aquamarine. I didn’t layer the stencils as they are supposed to be, rather I lined them up where I thought it would look good, as I wanted more white space. Shocker, I know!

For this card I heat embossed Season Of Wonder, from the Thrill Of Hope stamp set, with Rich Gold embossing powder. This is also cut out with the coordinating dies, and it was layered up with four other pieces. I stamped up the other part of the sentiment with black ink, and then the word die was adhered over it.

The final touch was some Glacier Jewels, which you can now get in single colours! If you want to get all of the colours (and why wouldn’t you?), you should look at the Essentials: Jewel Mix. You get 12 pots of gorgeous jewels in an array of colours.
